Membership Agreement

HOŞGÖR PLASTİK E-COMMERCE WEBSITE MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

1. Parties

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) has been concluded and entered into force between [Hoşgör Plastik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.] (“Company”) and [Person Registering as a Member on Hoşgör Plastik E-Commerce Website] (“Member”) at the moment the Member completes the registration process via www.hosgorplastik.com.tr (“Website”).

2. Definitions

  • Website: The e-commerce platform operating at www.hosgorplastik.com.tr.
  • Member: The natural or legal person who becomes a member of the Website and benefits from the services offered on the Website.
  • Company: Hoşgör Plastik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., the legal owner of the Website.

3. Conditions of Membership

  • The Member undertakes that the information provided while signing up for the Website is accurate and up to date. The Member shall be responsible for any damages arising from providing false or inaccurate information.
  • The Member must be over the age of 18 when signing up for the Website. Membership transactions of minors are invalid.

4. Rights and Obligations of Membership

  • The Member agrees to act in accordance with this Agreement, applicable laws, moral rules, and other relevant legislation in all transactions performed through the Website.
  • The Member is obliged to maintain the confidentiality of information belonging to them, such as their username and password. The Member shall be liable for any damages that may arise if this information is shared with third parties.
  • The Member accepts and undertakes not to engage in any activity that could damage the Website or disrupt its operation.

5. Products and Services

  • The Company reserves the right to make changes to the prices, specifications, and sales conditions of the products and services offered on the Website without prior notice.
  • The Member can submit their complaints regarding purchased products or services to the Company using the communication channels specified on the Website.

6. Termination

  • The Company reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the membership if the Member acts in violation of this Agreement.
  • The Member has the right to close their membership account at any time. Termination of membership does not relieve the Member of liabilities regarding prior transactions.

7. Privacy Policy

  • The Member consents to the processing and storage of their personal information by the Company. The Member's personal data shall be protected in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
  • The Company will not share the Member's personal information with third parties and will only disclose it to competent authorities within the framework of legal obligations.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices.

9. Enforcement

  • By registering on the Website, the Member is deemed to have accepted all terms of this Agreement.
  • The Company reserves the right to make changes to the Agreement at any time. Modifications become effective from the moment they are published on the Website.
