Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement regulates the terms and conditions regarding the sale of products or services that the Seller sells to the Buyer through the Website.

4. Order and Payment

  • The Buyer places an order by selecting the products available on the Website. The receipt of the order implies that the Buyer approves this Agreement.
  • The Buyer performs the payment transaction via credit card, bank transfer, or other accepted methods.
  • The Seller executes the delivery of the product following the completion of the payment.

5. Delivery and Risks

  • The product is delivered by the Seller to the address specified by the Buyer. The delivery time may vary depending on the stock status of the product and the delivery address.
  • In the event that any damage or deficiency is detected in the products during delivery, the Buyer is obliged to inform the Seller immediately.

6. Right of Withdrawal

  • The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receiving the product. A written notice must be submitted to the Seller to exercise the right of withdrawal.
  • In case the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product must be returned and delivered to the Seller. After the product is returned, the amount paid by the Buyer shall be refunded within 14 days at the latest.

7. Warranty and Return

  • The products are covered by warranty in accordance with the applicable warranty terms. In the event of a manufacturing defect or quality issues with the products, it is possible for the Buyer to benefit from the services covered under the warranty.
  • The return procedure is subject to the condition that the product is returned in its original packaging and unused.

8. Obligations and Responsibilities

  • The Seller ensures that the products meet the quality standards and provides accurate information about the product.
  • The Buyer declares that the information provided during the order is accurate and provides all necessary information for the delivery of the product.

9. Protection of Personal Data

  • The Buyer's personal data is protected in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The Buyer consents to the processing and storage of their personal information.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices.

11. Enforcement

  • This Agreement enters into force upon the Buyer's confirmation of the order and constitutes a binding agreement between the parties.
  • The Seller may update this Agreement by publishing it on the Website. Updates become effective from the date they are published.
